All existing customer accounts have been created with temporary passwords that you will need to reset prior to accessing the system for the first time.

A strong password is required! The form will generate a secure password for you if you aren’t sure what a secure password is. Make sure you write your password down and keep it somewhere safe. - Click “Reset Password”
- You may now log in using your email address and new password
No. We use Stripe as our payment processor. The only information we store locally is your billing name, email, and address. Credit card information is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
Because we do not store your payment information on our server, when renewing a subscription you will be required to re-enter your payment information.
No. At this time a user can only be associated with one account in our system. This may change in future revisions to our portal, but we have no timeframe for if/when this may occur.
Yes, please contact support and we can send you a copy of your receipt. Please note that we will need to verify your identity using information we have on file to proceed.

Any transaction over an amount of $7,000.00 requires payment by check. You can request an invoice by submitting the subscription form with your billing name, email, and address. Eric P. Wallace, LLC will send you an invoice via email – or by fax if desired.
Our subscription plans (in some instances) are based on number of max “seats” or “users”. In order to enforce firms to subscribe to the proper plan levels, we do not allow concurrent logins for the same user.
Account administrators can add users to an account using the form on the account page. If you require more users, you may need to upgrade your plan.
No. Our subscription plans offer downloadable assets that change yearly based on changes to tax laws and regulations. Therefore, we require a non-refundable yearly subscription.
No, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Some of our transactional emails may also come from our payment gateway Stripe. These emails are sent from an @stripe.com email address.
